Benny LaRussa, Jr. – Chairman & CEO
Benny M. LaRussa, Jr., a Birmingham native, is founder and President of Sterling Capital Management, Inc., a privately owned investment management and real estate development firm and is CEO of Fenwick Capital Group. Benny serves on many corporate and nonprofit boards throughout the Birmingham area. He serves on the Board of Directors of Cobbs, Allen and Hall Insurance Company, Jack’s Family Restaurants and First Commercial Bank. Mr. LaRussa’s nonprofit activities include board positions with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Initiative, the Bell Center for Early Intervention, St. Vincent’s Hospital, the Monday Morning Quarterback Club and trustee of Birmingham-Southern College. Benny graduated from Auburn University in 1981 with a B.S. degree in finance and in 1986 earned a Masters in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College.

Steven Corenblum – Managing Director
Steven Corenblum is a founding member of Fenwick Capital Group. Prior to his involvement with Fenwick, Mr. Corenblum was a member of the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz and its predecessor, Berkowitz, Lefkovits, Isom & Kushner. Steven was a business, tax and transactional attorney for 22 years. He also served as Managing Partner of the Berkowitz firm from 1997 until 2003. From 1994 until 1996, Mr. Corenblum served as Vice-President, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of Parisian, Inc. In that capacity, Mr. Corenblum was responsible for the Company’s legal, accounting, internal audit and credit departments. He left the Company when it was sold to Proffitt’s, Inc. (now Saks, Inc.). Steven has served on several civic and community boards, including the Birmingham Jewish Foundation, the Mountain Brook Library (Chair 2000-2002), Birmingham Jewish Federation (Executive Committee 1993-1998) and Collat Jewish Family Services. He is presently serving as President of Temple Beth-El. Mr. Corenblum graduated from Emory University in 1979, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and Harvard Law School in 1982.

Roger Brewster – President
Roger Brewster is senior sales executive with 17 years of general management, customer marketing and sales leadership in two multi-national consumer products companies: Kraft Foods and Nabisco Biscuit Company. Roger’s background includes experience in strategic planning, category management, warehouse sales, trade marking, Direct Store Delivery, customer marketing, new item development, organizational development and redesign. Roger held a variety of positions in both field sales and corporate headquarters for Kraft Foods and Nabisco Biscuit Company. He progressed from Sales Representative to his most recent position as Region Vice President. Mr. Brewster joined Sterling Capital Management, Inc in April of 2004 as the Vice President of Business Development and was named President of Fenwick Capital Group in 2005. Roger graduated from Ursinus College in 1987.

Jeffrey S. Beall - Director
Jeffrey S. Beall is Executive Vice President of Sterling Capital Management, Inc., since 1995 President of American Pipe & Supply Co., Inc and on the Board of Directors of Fenwick Capital Group. Mr. Beall serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards in the Birmingham area. He serves as a member of Shoal Creek Board of Governors, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Southern Wholesalers Association and Monday Morning Quarterback Club. Prior to Sterling Capital Management, Mr. Beall was the Vice President and Comptroller for Thompson Realty Company and held management positions at J.C. Bradford & Company and Ernst & Young. Jeffrey is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree in accounting and earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
