Investment Criteria
Fenwick Capital Group invests in consumer product companies that present clear opportunities to create value through aggressive growth and operating enhancements. While Fenwick will participate as a co-investor in transactions beyond our specified size criteria, Fenwick takes majority positions in consumer product companies that satisfy a majority of the following criteria:
- Target Market: Prefer Branded Consumer products – specialty and regional products; health & wellness consumables; ethnic
- Market Position: Recognized brand name or unique brand position with a defensible niche
- Business Potential: Superior organic growth prospects
- Business Location: Preferred Southern United States, but not required
- Management: A highly capable management team
- Revenue: up to $25 million
- Profitability: Positive Cash Flow
